I've often contended that if you want to be fit in your business, you need to be fit in your regular life, but I haven't always walked that talk.
I make it a point to go to the gym as often as possible, and when I'm there, I work hard. However, the gym is only one part of the equation, and when I saw that I was gaining a considerable amount of weight, I decided to make a change.
It starts with fitness, and finishes with a strict nutritional plan that helps me stay healthy, lose the weight I want gone, and maintain all the muscle to be strong. Now that I'm losing the pounds, I'm even more convinced that the effort you put in at the gym, and the kitchen, translate directly to the work you do in your office or studio.
